Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. All cases remain subject to review, priority, and availability.

Medical and pharmacy-related assistance

Tuesday

Education support, including fees, and marriage / Nikah-related essential support

Wednesday

Ration, groceries, and essential household support

Thursday - Friday

Follow-ups, applicant communication, and necessary review

Saturday - Sunday

Case finalization, internal documentation, and preparation for the next cycle

Essential Household Support

Groceries, ration kits, and basic household necessities.

Educational Support for Children

School fees, exam fees, and essential education-related expenses.

Medical Financial Assistance

Hospital bills, pharmacy expenses, medical equipment, and therapy support.

Wedding Support

Necessary items and basic support for girls’ marriages.

Orphan Support

Need-based support for orphaned children and their essential requirements.

Disability Support

Assistance for individuals with disabilities who require essential support.

Widow / Divorcee Support

Support for widows and divorced women facing financial hardship.

Each request is evaluated individually based on genuine need and available resources.

Guidelines

  • Missed delivery or applicant unavailability may move the case to the next cycle.
  • Missed calls or lack of response may delay processing.
  • Incomplete or unclear information may keep the case pending.
  • Applicants may be asked to confirm receipt of assistance.
  • Case IDs are generally generated on Saturdays.
  • Updates are generally shared on scheduled review days.

Processing Time

Requests are reviewed according to available capacity and active case volume.

Re-Application Policy

  • Applicants may reapply after a reasonable period based on circumstances.
  • Re-applications should be submitted using the existing Person ID.
  • Multiple active requests may not be processed simultaneously.

Household Policy

  • Assistance is generally limited to one request per household on a one-kitchen basis.
  • Multiple applications from the same household may not be considered.
  • Attempts to bypass this guideline may result in disqualification.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details may delay or cancel delivery
  • Responsibility for receiving assistance lies with the applicant
